How is this different from Airbnb or Booking?
+Area Vista is a listing and promotion platform — not a transaction platform. We don't process payments, don't take commissions, and don't stand between you and your guests. You list your property, guests contact you directly, and you handle the rest.
Do I need to leave Airbnb to use Area Vista?
+No. Area Vista works alongside your existing channels. Use iCal sync to keep your calendars aligned and avoid double bookings.
How do guests book?
+Guests submit a booking request through your listing. You receive the details by email and in your dashboard. From there, you confirm, negotiate, or decline — directly with the guest.
How do I get paid?
+Directly by your guests. Area Vista doesn't handle payments between guests and hosts. You arrange payment however works best for you — bank transfer, cash, PayPal, or any other method.
Can I manage multiple properties?
+Yes. The Basic plan covers up to 5 properties, Plus up to 15, and Pro up to 30. Each property gets its own calendar, pricing, and booking management.
Can I cancel anytime?
